Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge- CO- Captain Devan Sash- 0325) =^=Stolev to Nimitz. We're having a meeting aboard the Boudicca to plan for an eventual rescue mission. Please have a representative from your security and/or marine squads join us at 0330 in our Security conference room if possible.=^= Sash looked around the room and his eyes fell on Tagon. He motioned the Brikar over to him. "We'll have someone there as soon as possible, Lt. I'll be Lt. Tagon. Expect him soon. Nimitz out." "Lt. Tagonl," Sash said, "I have a special assignment for you. I need you to head over to Bioudicca and participate in a meeting concerning the search and rescue of Captain Sevant. I believe that you have some expertice in this area." "Yes sir," Tagon replied. "I'm on it." Without another word Tagon's heavy footsteps lead him off the bridge. (reply none) (posted by Al Muir) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Boudicca - Security Center - SFI/SO- Lt. Dru Tagon- 0332) Tagon wasn't sure about this ship. He wasn't sure if it were his imagination, but the corridors seemed smaller, and he was feeling a might repressed. People moved out of his way as he moved quickly through the halls. He hated being late, but knew he was going to be. The Brikar ignored the stares that followed in his wake. He found the Security center and entered into the room. He saw Stolev and Stratton sitting there waiting for him. He quickly looked around to see if there was something he could sit on, that might support his weight. Something else he had gotten used to on the Nimtz. Between himself and Zzt, there was always furniture that fit ... a larger species. Not seeing anything immediately, he pulled two chairs together and sat down. The chairs both groaned with the strain. He looked across the table at the others. "Sorry I'm late." (reply Stolev, Stratton) (posted by Al Muir) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Boudicca - Security Office - Lt. Dru Tagon - 0335) Tagon sat silently through the MXO's presentation. It was well thought out, and very decisive. But the results could be, most unfortunate. It also had to much room for error. "Are you certain that's the way you want to go?" Tagon asked. "I believe that is a great back up plan, however, I also think a smaller, and better prepared team could be in and out of either situation, with a great deal less blood shed." (reply Stratton, Drizzit) (posted by Al Muir) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz, Ready Room, CEO, Lt(sg) Zzt, 0344) "Mr. Zzt," Sash said, "Just what in the world is going on? Do you think that you're in trouble, because that's not why I called you in here." Zzt looked up with wide eyes. ~I'm not in trouble!?~ "Zzt not in trouble?" He asked, arms still wrapped around Sash's legs, looking up expectantly. When Sash nodded that he was indeed NOT in trouble. Zzt jumped up excitedly, and scooped Sash into a huge hug, licking him repeatedly. "Thanks you, thanks you," Zzt said between licks, "Zzt no want spaced." After a few seconds, Zzt put Sash back down and looked at the very large puddle he had made in the middle of the room. His ears fell back flat. "Zzt sorry bout that," He said, embarrassed, pointing at the puddle with one claw. Suddenly, the woman with the phaser turned to Miles. "Ensign," She said, her hand on her phaser, "I have been ordered to escort you to the transporter room for transport back to the Nimitz. You can come along peacefully, or I will carry you. Either way, you are returning to the Nimitz."   Miles looked quickly at the person just entering the bay, and saw it was another marine. He looked back at the woman, "Do I have to go back to the Nimitz? I'm just trying to help...." Miles said. He didn't know how to react, after all, he knew little about the situation.   "You don't have a choice, ensign," Ryko said, phaser rifle still at his side. "The rest of the team is authorised to stay, but the last thing we want is a spy on board. We're all friends here, it's about time we start acting like it," Ryko said. "Major, I would respectfully ask that you lower your weapon," Ryko said slowly, as he brushed calmly past her. "I daresay this young ensign has got the point," he said.   "Yeah...I've got it." Miles replied. ~Spy? What spy?~ He was led out of the room, and was back on the Nimitz in a matter of moments.   (USS Nimitz - Transporter Room 1 - Ensign Miles O'Neill - 0410)   Miles beamed back onto the Nimitz in front of a puzzled chief. "I know about as much as you do." Miles said to him as he walked out of the room. ~Where do I go now?~ He thought.   (Reply any) (Posted by Matt Kirk) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz – Bridge - CONN - Ensign Jon Carter - 0405) Jon had just finished pitching his plan to use the faster more maneuverable Boudicca as a decoy to the captain. NRPG: This was the whole reason for my idea to be the Boudicca being the decoy instead of the Nimitz. It would be able to get out of the way faster… or so Carter thought. RGP: The captain however frowned at Jon. "I'm not ready to give anything up just yet, Ensign Carter. But I will keep that in mind. Some day you'll have to show me this "rugby"." Jon smiled a little, “I understand, sir, and I’ll be sure to show you one day.” Jon felt shut out. Though he knew his plan wasn’t the best… it was all he knew would work. Jon continued to ponder possible solutions for a little under two hours. (USS Nimitz – Bridge - CONN - Ensign Jon Carter - 0540) Jon looked at his console to see the probe picking up speed. He got ready to make a comment to the captain, but before he could, Paul Casely began alert the captain. "Captain, there is some kind of weird power fluctuation on the probe. It looks like a... It is a transporter effect. Someone seems to have beamed inside the probe," Jon heard Paul state excitedly. "What?!" Sash's voice raised. "But how? Who?" "Sir, what should we do? Who is it?" Ensign Casely asked. "Sir it was Lt. Commander Gideon," K'ven replied. "I was unable to stop the transport as it was locked." "Damn the man," Sash said under his breath. Nobody else seemed to hear this but Jon. "Sir, I dont think there will be...." K'ven began but before he could finish the probe. Sash had seen antimatter explossions before, but it never eased to awe him. The bright light filled the view screen. Then as it dissipated he could see the ensuing shock wave. "Red alert," Sash called out. "All hands, brace for impact. Mr. Carter, turn her into the shock wave. We'll ride it out." Jon relied, “Aye sir!” without turning from his console. He began to shift the Nimitz’s position so that the minimal amount of damage would be inflicted. Jon saw the ripples if the shockwave moving closer to the ship on the view screen. At the last minute, Jon threw the ships thrusters in full reverse. Jon knew that this would reduce the force that the shockwave would induce on the ship. The shockwave hit microseconds after Jon threw the ship in full reverse. Jon embraced onto his console. Jon felt his body being pried from the CONN, but he still remained attached to the console. After the shockwave had passed, Jon lifted his body up from the slump he had been in. "All station, damage reports," Jon heard Sash order. "Sash to sickbay, we need a medical team on the bridge, five minutes ago." Jon began to look over at his station, that’s when he noticed something that would be painful to the captain’s ears. Jon turned around in his chair and looked right in the eyes of the captain. “Sir, I don’t have control over the helm. All CONN systems are malfunctioning……” (reply Sash, any on the bridge) (Posted by Jon Carter) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz – Bridge – CSO Gralen – 0420) “I see… perhaps the unknown ship will take a few doses of tachyons from us to reveal itself.”    Holis grinned at Kincaid's reply, Tachyon bursts were known for an ability to disrupt a cloaking field however you had to be pretty close to a ship to use it effectively and this ship had left the vicinity.   "Actually a good idea Lt. however we have to catch up to it first as it seems to have left the system many hours ago." After this he relayed his belief the chart for the Boudicca's course would be ready soon and concentrated on that. “Well gentlemen, I believe time maybe the only evident thing that we have solved as of yet.” The Lieutenant said heartily and Holis grinned at his brevity, he was looking forward to having this finished so he could go on to other things. "Indeed Lt. Kincaid, if only I could dial forward, I feel there are other things I should be concentrating on."   (Reply: Kincaid)   (USS Nimitz - Bridge- CSO Gralen - 0426) "How are things going doctor?"  Holis heard the unmistakeable voice of Captain Sash and jumped a bit at the question, the results were finally in and he had been completely absorbed. "The subspace chart of Boudicca's course is finally complete Captain using a variety of sources and it appears she has gone nowhere near Federation space with the last two weeks, that is as far back as my information goes." "Well, I have, yet another, problem for you.  There is a pair of nebula in this sector," he pointed to a spot on the display of the sector.  "We need an analysis of them.  Really, what we need to know is if someone might be hiding in there, waiting for us.  We've talked about running from the probe, and this might be a deterrent." Holis followed the Captain's hand and his fingers began caressing the keys, zeroing the scans in on the area and magnifying it. "This shouldn't take very long Captain." Holis said. "I will give it my utmost attention, a report should be ready soon."   "Excellent," Sash replied.  "I feel confident that you'll give it your usual thoroughness.  Keep me informed." "Yes sir." Holis replied, he was surprised how easily he was falling into speaking like a military man. ~ You are who you hang with. ~ He vaguely heard Sash speaking with several others but was too intent on his researches to pick up anything specific. (USS Nimitz - Bridge - CSO Gralen -  0533)   Yet again someone stepped up behind Holis.   "Pardon me Dr. Gralen, I'm Ensign Casely. Did you get the results of the recreation of the shuttlecraft attack I sent you?"   "Ah, yes of course Paul, we met at the mixer. I have already run an analysis of the remains of the shuttlecraft and relayed the findings to Commander Gideon. Thermographic scans on the component parts of the craft as well as energy absorption, metal crystalization and radiation point to to the shuttle being attacked by one of ours... or theirs as the case may be as the damage was done by standard Federation phasers. Oh, and by the way There were no bio signs on the craft. Sevant was not onboard when it was destroyed."   "Umm... excuse me, but what are you tracking right now? I've been kind of... out of the loop for awhile. Incidentally, the Captain asked me to coordinate with you to try and find where Sevant's ship went," said Paul, "I think if we coordinate data we'll have a pretty good idea as to the direction at least."   "Of course Paul, as a matter of fact we are tracking that ship even as we speak, that is this vector here." Holis pointed at the first vector on the secondary screen. "And the probe is this one, as you can see it appears the probe was launched by our mystery ship."   "Ummm... do you think this probe is a threat? Can't we just warp away, preferably in the direction we might find Captain Sevant?" Paul asked.   "According to our information the probe is indeed a threat, you can see it would be next to impossible to hit and seems to have been created as a hunter/seeker missile. The Captain is weighing our options now, this analysis I am doing on the two nebulai is for the purpose of determining if we can safely move in that direction I think since that is the course the unidentified ship used. He wants to follow it and rescue Sevant I am sure."   (Reply: Casely)   (Reply: Kincaid, Sash, Casely, any) (Posted by Charles) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Ready Room - CO- Captain Devan Sash- 0420) =^=Captain sir. I do not believe this probe is hostile. I have some theories on where it may have come from but I will refrain from guessing until we have some more concrete evidence. Every hour that passes is one less Sevant has. I have however ruled out a cloaked ship in the vicinity however there are two Nebulas near by that could be hiding something in it, but I am not going to go charging into them blindly. I want to keep my ship and yours in one piece.=^= "Indeed," Sash nodded. "That would have the earmark of a trap. However, I wouldn't rule out a ship just yet Lt. Commander. My team may have found other evidence. However, I agree. We need to get back to being focused on what is important, finding your captain. Have you had any luck in getting into the captain's messages?" (reply West) "Perhaps your CSO can help. Anyway I'll get my CSO looking at the nebulae. Let me know when yours is ready to meet and we'll host her over here. Sash out." Sash sat in his chair for a moment letting everything fall into place in his mind. He was tired. Even though his body looked young, he was still 60 years old. And today he felt every year of it. He finally stood up, took a breath, and headed back to the bridge. (USS Nimitz - Bridge- CO- Captain Devan Sash- 0425) Sash stepped onto the bridge to notice that Gideon was missing. Just aswell, if he saw the man right now he wasn't sure what his reaction would be. He shook his head to clear it, then stepped over to Gralen. "How are things going doctor?" he asked. (reply Gralen) "Well, I have, yet another, problem for you. There is a pair of nebula in this sector," he pointed to a spot on the display of the sector. "We need an analysis of them. (reply Gralen) "Excellent," Sash replied. "I feel confident that you'll give it your usual thoroughness. Keep me informed." (reply Gralen) He turned and almost ran smackinto Zzt. This is probably the longest the Gerratlian had ever been on the bridge. He looked from him to K'ven, to Kateb. "So," he said, "what is recommendation?" (reply any) (posted by Al Muir) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz- Bridge - SFI/SC - Lt.Cmdr Edward Gideon - 0440) Sash heard the turbo lift doors open and turned his head slightly to see Gideon enter. He wondered where the man had been, but then decided he didn't really care. Taking a deep breath he prepared himself for what he was sure was the inevitable confrontation. "Captain might I have a word sir?" Edward enquired. "Certainly," Sash replied. He contemplated for a moment taking him to his ready room, but then decided against it. He want to set an example about doing things behind the captain's back. He stood up and faced the SFI officer. "Sir I know I have not done much to foster comfortable relations with the Boudicca sir. We have had a lot of misunderstandings first they fired on us etc. Might it be worth establishing liaison system sir?" This was not the tact that Sash had expected, and he was caught a little off guard. "Exactly what do you mean?" he asked, thinking he was going to ask to have himself sent over to Boudicca again. "Well we send a officer to them as a show of good faith and they send one here. To liase the activities of both ships and show that we do not plan on destroying each other." "Mr. Gideon," Sash's eyes narrowed. "I believe that you should worry about liasing with your own ship first. I do not appreciate being made to feel like a total idiot, and incompetant, in not knowing just what in the hell is going on in my own ship. You have caused a great deal of unnecesary anxiety between our two ships, simply by not trusting my judgement. I understand that it is your job to be paranoid, but do NOT let that paranoia impair your judgement to the point of giving orders to a junior officer that puts their life, and well being, in jeapordy, without my approval. Do I make myself clear?" He didn't wait for an answer and continued on. "We are lucky, or more precisely, Mr. Casely is lucky, that he only recieved a minor phaser injury. I'd like to keep our new officers around for a while, if you don't mind? If you ever circumvent me again, Lt. Commander," he emphasized the rank, "you're going to wish that you were back in the academy. I would have expected something better from a person of you... vast experience." (reply Gideon) "Oh don't worry, I plan to have a few words with your friend, Mr. Casely," Sash said menacingly. (reply Gideon) "Is there anything else you have to add?" Sash asked. "Oh and on Engineer Zzt's point, we cannot run, this thing has a antimatter core. It's designed by particularly nasty fellows to prove to be an effective killing device. Plus an antimatter explosion always proves the most destructive especially if it appears on your bridge or any location really. Just thought I'd let you know," Edward stated. "I can see how that would be most messy," Sash admitted. "Although, I'm not so certain as to how it would get on my bridge. I have your recommendation. We'll be taking action soon. Resume your duties." With that, Sash sat back down, making it clear he had nothing else to say to Gideon. He sat there going over the information he had recieved so far. He still couldn't undersatnd how they can't just warp past the probe. =^=Ensign Casely to Captain Sash. I believe I have a direction the starship that kidnapped Captain Sevant came from. I also think I have a few theories on how it was done. I'll send you my findings immediately Sir.=^= Casely signal brought Sash back to the present. He looked down at his console to see theinfromation coming up. ~Very interesting. Very interesting indeed.~ "Computer, where is Ensign Casely?" Sash asked. [Ensgin Casely is in holodeck 1.] He tapped his comm badge. "Sash to Casely, stay where you are, I'll be right there." Sash jumped to his feet and headed to the turbo lift. "Do you folks think I can leave you all alone for a moment? K'ven, you have the con." (USS Nimitz- Holodeck 1, Deck 8 - CO/ATAC - Captain Sash/Ensign Casely - 0505) Sash walked past the open holodeck door and it closed behind him. That sight that he beheld was fascinating. Bits and pieces of the shuttle floeated in the room. He looked over to see Casely turn and look at him. "Ensign, " Sash said, "I see you've recovered from your experience on Boudicca." "Yes Sir. I just tried to contact you with my findings sir. They took the log recorder and I know roughly the direction they came from. Sevant is alive, I'm sure of it," said Paul. He was feeling a bit concerned about what had brough the CO of the Nimitz to see him personally but couldn't help but be excited about his findings. "Yes," Sash nodded, "I saw those already. Very encouraging." Sash realized that his purpose for coming was cutting through the excitement that should be brewing. "I wanted to talk to you about yours and Lt. Commander Gideon's little adventure. I need you to understand that I did not, and never will, condone any such clandestine activities." Paul swallowed hard and thought for a second. "Sir, I'm sorry. I was operating under the orders of Gideon. I had no reason to think he hadn't cleared it with you first. I, honestly, didn't even consider it clandestine. I went to keep the engineering team safe primarily. Any information I picked up was basically the same as what engineering could have got. I just retrieved it a bit faster. I didn't acces any of the ship's computers, nor did I actively 'spy' on any of the crew," said Paul. "In fact, Sir. I radioed back to Lt. Commander Gideon to ask him to please get clearance to access Captain Sevant's flight path because I didn't want to access anything without clearance. I still don't really understand what I did that was worth being shot for," said Paul. Sash nodded again, this time a little more with a smile. "I understand Ensign. And I can even understand Lt. Commander Gideon's feelings, to a degree. It was probably that check that gave you away. However, whenever you do anything for SFI, check their motivation. Also, never pretend to be anything other than what you are, with another Starfleet vessel." "Yes Sir, I understand and I'm sorry Sir. However, it is problematic in a way... when he's the bridge officer and you're off the ship, do I view him as SFI or as my commanding officer, or both? Its all very confusing," said Paul. Sash sighed and chuckle. "For you and me both Ensign. For you and me both. No, absolutely, you did what you were asked. However, it is not alwasy a bad idea to ask why you're doing something. it seperates us from the Cardassians, or even Romulans. Gideon is your superior officer, and as such, you need to follow his orders, but you also need to follow your conscience. And if those two conflict, then let me know, and I'll tell you what you should be thinking." Sash laughed, hoping that Casely would take the joke inthe manner it was given. Paul grinned, "I will say... I don't really trust Gideon much anymore, especially after he told me that he keeps getting reduced in rank. He also knowingly put me in harm's way, he could have checked to see whether they had any telepathic crew on board and he must have known about that crazy marine woman." Sash let out a snort. "Well, I must say that Ms. Stratton does have a bit of a reputation, as I've heard. However, I'll let Lt. Commander West deal with her. Why don't you show me what you've got here? Paul turned back to his programme, "Computer, restart from time index one minute before the incident and run forward at the speed already set." The computer reimaged the runabout so it was all in one piece and proceded to show it flying abnormally slowly, a beam weapon releasing from an unseen craft and overpowering the shields of the runabout and cleaving it in pieces, part of which promptly disappeared." Sash watched as the ship reassembled itself and then disassembled again. "I put it together by using the scans, the angle of the beam weapons on the hull, and the composition of the ion stream with the shield matrix residue. Well... a few other scans and things too." "And the transporter signal?" Sash asked, watching in amazement. "Ion and base radiation scans indicate that there is a 98.5% chance they were transported. The weaponry used on the runabout was Federation in origin, and they knew exactly what parts of the runabout to take to limit our investigations. I sent the scans to the CSO as I'm sure he'll have a better idea of what to do with the specific radiations and other scans," stated Paul. The captain smiled. "Only 98.5. Well, better luck next time." Then he turned. "Excellent work Ensign. Get together with Dr. Gralen and see what you can come up with. Keep me informed." "Thank you Sir. One thing bothers me though. I've pretty much figured out that the bridge crew had nothing to do with any of this. One of Lt. Commander Gideon's ideas was that one might be a turncoat. If that were the case, it would have been easy for them to give out the shield harmonics and a boarding party could have taken Sevant and the craft, no muss, no fuss, no wreckage. What I would like to know, is how the 'enemy' ship knew Sevant's flight path and that he was onboard the runabout. It seems like too much of a coincidence. This 'spy' might have uncovered evidence of a real spy or sabatoeur onboard the Boudicca," stated Paul uneasily. "I'd like to know that myself, Ensign. It's time we sent our computer expert over to Boudicca to see what he can get out of Captain Sevants computer. Good work again." With that Sash headed back to the bridge. (reply none) (posted by Al Muir And Jeff Begeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz- Transporter Room 1 - SFI/SC - Lt.Cmdr Edward Gideon - 0505) Edward was still talking to himself as he entered the transporter room. He just couldn't understand these people. He tried and tried to explain to them that there was more to this probe than meets the eye. Unfortuanately he was bound by an oath to not give out certain details. it's those details that they really needed to hear. In his long life, Edward Gideon had made many mistakes. The creation of this probe may have been one of his biggest. Apparently it has been the one to come back and haunt him. He never dreamed that anyone would send it against another Starfleet vessel. Then again, he never dreamed that Starfleet would be in a civil war. "Damn that Sash," he said to himself. "He's probably going to listen to that moronic bear, and try and run away. It's not going to work. He doesn't know..." Gideon looked over his shoulder, just to be certain that nobody else was there. The transporter technician gave him an odd look. "Can I help you sir." "No," Gideon said, "wait, yes. Get out." The technician looked even more confused. "You are dismissed crewman. Take five, go get a cup of coffee, a donut, what ever you do on breaks, just get the hell out of here." Crewman Carson didn't have to be told twice by the Security chief to get out of a room. He bid a hasty retreat, leaving Gideon alone in the transporter room. Once he was alone, Gideon went over to the panel. He continued his sililoquy. "There's really only one thing to do. It's going to take some timing though. if I can only remember the sequence." Gideon began entering data into the transporter computer. "If I can adjust for..." As he worked his mind raced through important moments in his life. 200 years is a long time to live. He had several important moments. One of the biggies was meeting Onyx Kateb. What a time they'd had together. Their seperation seemed so logical at the time. Now it just seemed a damned waste of time. He really wished he had the time to talk to her now. He always wanted to tell her how much he loved her. "The first time we made love, was a highlight in my life." He rerouted the sensors to show up on the transporter panel. He could see that it had already begun. The probe was picking up speed. As he watched the readouts he could see that the secondary engines, which were masked by the antimatter core, were getting ready to kick in. The probe was abbout to launch itself, most likely at the Boudicca. That would be the expected target. It phased out. There wasn't much time. And nobody was going to listen to him. The story of his life. The one time that he had something important to really say, nobody was willing to hear it. Well then, he's going to have to just damn well take care of it himself. He helped to create this monstrosity. It was his responsibility to stop it. As he continued to talk to himself, he became more frantic. "Why did I ever agree to help on such a project Why didn't I think it would be used? Why diod I agree to join Sash on his compaign against Doenitz? No, that one I understand. I wish there were time for Sash and I to come to an understanding. To get to know each other. I feel we could have been friends. Too bad." The transporter computer beeped when it had finished his calculations. Gideon was putting a lot of stock into his own, extensive memory. "Computer, engage transport and the on the next calculated interval." [Acknowledged.] Gideon took the time to find a EVA suit and put it on. Just in case. He stepped onto the pad. "Computer, record a message to be played to Ensign Kateb upon my transport." The computer beeped in acknowledgement. "Onyx, I just wanted to say I love you. I always have. There are things in my life that I've regretted. Not being with you every single moment since we met is one of them. I wish we could have spent the last weeks better, but always remember that you were my first thought this morning, and you will be my last thought. End recording." The computer beeped in acknowledgement. [Transport in 5...4...3...2...1] He felt the transporter effect take hold. The next thing he knew he was inside the probe. ~Damned lucky Edward. Damned lucky.~ Now, in the enclosed space, he was feeling a little claustrophobic. Of course that was an understatement. The compartment he was in barely fit him. He was lucky that part of his body hadn't been transported through the probe. he knew his time was limited. He could feel the probes engines firing. Looking around he saw that the proes sensors were as simple as he remembered. KISS- keep it simple stupid. There was nothing fancy about the inner workings of the probe, except for the way that they hid everything from external scans. He accidentally kicked the antimatter containment unit, and it began to beep. "Crap," he shouted at himself. Well, then again, he guessed that it didn't matter. The sensors showed that the probe had suddenly jumped to full speed. It had homed in on Boudicca. Boudicca was starting to move away, but it was too late. "Damn those people. They wasted so much time. I'm surprised they're still alive. They better make faster decissions from here on in, since they're not going to have Edward Gideon around to save their butts." With that, Gideon found what he'd been looking for. He took a deep breath. "Good by my love." The probe exploded. He felt a great deal of relief, things had definitely gone better with the Captain than he thought they would. He glanced around and saw the entire bridge crew intent on something. ~Odd... I thought the Boudicca wasn't a threat anymore.~ Paul thought as he walked to the science station.   "Pardon me Dr. Gralen, I'm Ensign Casely. Did you get the results of the recreation of the shuttlecraft attack I sent you?" inquired Paul. As he was asking he glanced down on the CSO's console and noticed that something was being tracked. ~Interesting~   (Reply Gralen)   "Umm... excuse me, but what are you tracking right now? I've been kind of... out of the loop for awhile. Incidentally, the Captain asked me to coordinate with you to try and find where Sevant's ship went," said Paul, "I think if we coordinate data we'll have a pretty good idea as to the direction at least."   (Reply Gralen)   Paul nodded and looked again at the screen, concerned by the probe. Seemed to be a standard Federation probe, but who knew? It was possible to cover signatures and such afterall.   "Ummm... do you think this probe is a threat? Can't we just warp away, preferably in the direction we might find Captain Sevant?" inquired Paul.It just didn't make sense to be wasting time on this bucket of bolts when they could be finding Sevant, who's life might be in grave danger.   (Reply Gralen)   (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz- Bridge-ATAC - Ensign Casely - 0535) "Ummm... do you think this probe is a threat? Paul asked. He wants to follow it and rescue Sevant I am sure," remarked Gralen.   "I would agree with that assessment. The sooner we find Sevant, the sooner the Boudicca is in 'stable' hands. I was thinking that combining my information and your information, we could use Stellar Cartography, and plot the course that the..." Paul trailed off as he looked at Doctor Gralen's scan screen.    ~What the heck? They were 18.3 light years from one another and extremely heavy (Dense with matter and or gas) as well as highly energetic, the sensors were bringing in data at an extraordinary and exciting rate. His researches were interrupted by Paul shouting.   "Captain, there is some kind of  weird power fluctuation on the probe. It looks like a..." There was a pregnant pause. "It is a transporter effect. Someone seems to have beamed inside the probe!"   "Sir, what should be do? Who is it?" Paul asked again. But there wasn't time for an answer as Holis could see a brilliant flash on the viewscreen from the direction of the probe, Holis tore his eyes from the sight to look down at the readouts and his mouth dropped open in shock.    He grabbed hold of the console and hung on for dear life as he shouted. "That's not a normal warhead, it's....."   Holis heard an ear splitting howl from K'Ven, it sounded like both grief and adulation had been mixed into one big cup , stirred together and poured out all at once. Holis had never heard such a cry and it sent goosebumps down his spine.   "Red alert," Sash called out.  "All hands, brace for impact.  Mr. Carter, turn her into the shock wave. We'll ride it out." And then the shockwave from the matter/anti matter explosion washed across the ship. It felt like some giant hand had grabbed it, lifted into the air and began to shake it vigorously, Holis was thrown forward into the console and then flung back away from it, he flew back across the seat back and landed heavily on his left side, knocking the wind right out of his lungs. Holis was struggling to breathe and get back to his feet all at once and pandemonium had broken out on the bridge, there were the cries of wounded and the lights were flickering on and off due to some short or other in the power grid. Holis managed to pull himself painfully into the chair.   "All stations, damage reports," Sash ordered.  "Sash to sickbay, we need a medical team on the bridge, five minutes ago." Then Paul was back hard at work. "Sir, I'm scanning OPS from my station right now. We've lost most of our fore shield, structural integrity is down about 3%. Overall, it could be worse. We've lost lots of ancillary systems, but nothing too crucial. I'm working to compensate for the more important functions. Do you want me to transfer OPS control to my station, Sir? At least until another OPs officer arrives?" He asked from nearby.   The science console was flashing and Holis could smell ozone, that smell that always made an appearance when there was burning circuitry, the Betazoid cursed as he dropped to his knees and tore off the access plate for the master circuit matrix, smoke hit his nostrils as he did so. He reached up and unsnapped a small cylinder of CO2 and broke the seal then began spraying it onto the burning circuitry. He could hear Paul giving another report but he was too engrossed in putting out the electrical fire to catch what he said, his aching side reminded him that it was still around. ~Da**, why did it have to be now? He had kept the course steady and had kept his emergency route planned in. He had noticed that the Bridge crew were commenting on the turn of events. When the probe had appeared he had brought the Boudicca into a defensive position, noting the movements of the probe. He kept his eye on the offending spatial object, as were others on the Bridge. He wasn’t really paying much attention to the conversations behind him as they were not directed at him, though he did listen in so he would be better informed should something useful be mentioned. As the Bridge was getting psyched up about the new turn of events, the probe made a sudden dash towards the ship. Its speed had greatly increased, beyond its normal capacity, and David barely managed to move the ship before the probe struck. He was thrown clear of his seat, smacking his head on the floor and twisting his right arm. It hurt and he barely managed to suppress a scream, as he pushed himself to his knees. He clambered back into his seat and awaited the rest of the reports to be given to the Bridge Officer. “Sir, helm’s steady. No damage to the nacelles, port thrusters off-line, but we can move. Awaiting your orders, sir.” Was his report, given strenuously as he was in agony from his injury. Sash looked down at the Conn station, hering K'ven's comment. He was a little irritated, since he was never to busy to take care of his ship. He could see the poswer fluctuating off and on. He moved over to station and watched it for a couple of seconds. Then he reached around Carter and touched several of the keys, to reroute power. Still nothing. Then with a sudden, and decisive thud, he struck the controls with his fist. Suddenly the powercame back on andstayed on. Sash smiled down at his young conn officer. "You just got to show it who's boss," he told him. With that settled he turned to K'ven, who was getting the condition of the Boudicca. All in all, that went pretty well, except for the fact that he just lost his Security Chief. He looked up at the security station, which was conspicuoiosly empty. He tapped on the panel and sent a call for a new secrity officer on the bridge. Then he turned to K'ven,"Well, it looks like the Boudicca came out of tat fairly unscathed. I need to talk to Lt. (Reply from anyone) (Posted by Laurence) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge - StratOps - Sogh la' SutaI k'ven - 0540) K'ven had listened to what had been going on with the engineering crew and it's security that had been sent by Gideon. He knew that it was just like Gideon to have not let anyone know what he was doing. Most of the time what he did never was caught, but, this time was an exception and Ensign Casely paid the price of his miscalculations. K'ven thought that what the Marine had done to the Ensign was dishonorable. He could not imagine a true warrior firing, even set on stun, on someone that could not defend themselves. One day in the future when the mess that they were in had been settled, he would have to explain the honorable way of dealing with situations as that with the Marine. Dismissing the thoughts of that incident he had taken to the command chair when Sash left him in charge as he went to talk to Ensign Casely obviously not happy with him or Gideon. He himself was not happy with himself either as he had missed several key sensor findings which the others had caught. He could see that Sash had a very good crew under him and they thought he was everything to them. He was impressed that he had their undying loyalty to do anything that he asked of them even through some adversity. He himself had added to that adversity since he had been on the ship, but, it had to end or he would lose his honor and that would not happen. Once Sash came back to the bridge he stood and returned to his MCC to continue watching the probe and trying to gain additional insight into it. He watched as Edward returned to the bridge to go straight to Sash. K'ven knew that Sash was going to probably have a talk with him, but, was surprise that he had not taken it to the ready room. Sash stood up and listened to what Edward had to say then he read him the riot act. Sash told him in no uncertain terms that he was not happy in being made a fool of. K'ven understood that and on a klingon ship, Edward would have been shot. Edward returned with some thoughts of his own and with some info that no one had caught, there was anti matter in the probe. It had been cleverly hidden from sensors and would have been disastrous if they had tried to beam it onboard. Sash had logged the information then dismissed Edward and sat down obviously not wanting to talk to him any longer. K'ven watched Edward head over to his security console and was going to move over to talk with him. As he was about to do so, Edward shutdown his console and headed over to the turbolift. Edward turned to look out at the members of the bridge and K'ven could see something in his look which he did not like. He made a mental note that he would have to talk to Edward later to find out what he was up to, but, at the moment he could not leave his console. As K'ven watched the probe, he finally saw something that was new, the sensors picked up what looked like a build up of power from the until now undetected propulsion system. It had also started to take a more direct track at the Boudicca. This the captain needed to know and he needed to know it now. Just as he was about to inform the captain, Edwards assistant spoke up first. "Captain, there is some kind of weird power fluctuation on the probe. It looks like a..." Paul paused as he began to work the controls on his station to scan the fluctuation. "It is a transporter effect. Someone seems to have beamed inside the probe," stated Paul excitedly. (Sash) "Sir, I dont think there will be...." K'ven was about to inform Sash his thoughts as to what Edward was about to do when suddenly fire filled the sky as the probe exploded into a singular brilliant ball of light. K'ven then knew that Edward had succeeded. He hit a few sections on the security console seconds before the ship began to shudder. ~Have to warn the rest of security and put security protocols in order.~   "All security stations, prepare for inpact. He set about rerouting his controls so he had power over containment again and looked over to OPs to ask for more power for the fields and noticed Lieutenant Dumas slumped in her seat. ~Can't do anything to help her directly, I'm not medical and might just make matters worse. There was a silence on the bridge before the shockwave hit. Circuits blew, and the lights flickered. Harrison fell to the floor and found himself wondering how much damage a shockwave could do to a ship. Was it strong enough to do physical damage? Suddenly, the shockwave ended. "All stations, damage reports," Sash ordered. "Sash to sickbay, we need a medical team on the bridge, five minutes ago." Harrison stood and checked himself for injuries. Only a few bruises. Seconds seemed to pass like minutes in the heightened atmosphere that a red-alert type situation tended to produce. She'd figured out what had happened. The Captain of the Boudicca, a Caladryll Sevant, a vulcan of all things, had received a communique that had him leaving the ship for whatever the reason. Then he'd been abducted, the rumors were saying, and that was why half the science and engineering crew were on the Boudicca helping to scan the wreckage. She looked up as someone said that the probe was doing something...she hadn't been able to hear. Her hands were busy flying over the controls as the ship bucked, her panel exploded and the world went mercifully black. She roused a little bit as someone, she didn't know who, the voice was soft, and warm and comforting, moved her to the floor, and a hypo to her neck made her black out again. (0700, Sickbay, Dumas and Kirien) "Ms. Dumas, can you hear me?" The gentle voice of the assistant Doctor, the one that had treated her when she first came on board was there. "Mrghrghmm" was what came out when Kai tried to say 'yes'. Things were sore and fuzzy and her head ached. "I'll take that as a yes. You have multiple first-degree burns over your face and hands. Those will take a couple of days to heal completely, even with modern medicine. You cracked a rib, that will also take a couple of days to heal. The cut you sustained on your forehead is what is giving you the aching head. If it had been any deeper you would be dead. As it was, it just brushed your skull. You will be staying in sickbay for the next two days, until I'm sure that you are ready to go back to a light duty schedule." The emphasis there was on the light. "Bad ruccccckkk..." Kai managed to get out. "On the contrary, Cithy, I would say it was good luck considering all the things that could have gone wrong. I'm going to put you back to sleep for another couple of hours. Then I'd like the Counsellor to come and talk with you." "rrrghhhhhmmm." "Sweet dreams, Kai." And Michaella pushed the hypo to her neck. Then she moved over to where the COUNS was and motioned him into her office. "Mr. Harrison, I'd like you to have a talk with Ms. Dumas when she wakes up. K'ven heard Sash, but, he was already in a run as he had noticed that Onyx had moved toward the view screen. She was oblivious to everything that was going on around her as she could not get past the fact that Edward was gone for good now. He could see on the view screen that the shock wave from the antimatter explosion was rapidly approaching, but, if he did not get to her in time she could be hurt badly by the thrashing about the ship would be doing shortly. He flung himself at her and just as the wave hit he had caught her falling. He was able to grab part of the railing that was near the view screen to hold her and himself from thrashing around. He saw circuits blowing, lights flickering, people being thrown around and finally the lights went out. After the ship settled, the emergency lights came on to give them light to see by. He felt for a pulse on Onyx, sighing he could feel a strong one and determined that she had just fainted. K'ven got to his feet to start moving around taking stock of who was hurt and who was alive. Sash had order "Aye sir" K'ven replied (Sash) "Sir, I'm scanning OPS from my station right now. We've lost most of our fore shield, structural integrity is down about 3%. Overall, it could be worse. We've lost lots of ancillary systems, but nothing too crucial. I'm working to compensate for the more important functions. Do you want me to transfer OPS control to my station, Sir? At least until another OPs officer arrives?" asked Paul. "Ensign continue working there until relieved and corrodinate all the repairs as fast as you can. We do not need to be sitting dead in space just in case the enemy decides to attack." K'ven replied to him hoping that Sash would not mind as it seemed that he was a bit busy. Then he was going to contact the Boudicca when O'Neill hailed them. (Casely) =^=O'Neill to Nimitz. What's going on over there, is it something we should be back there for?=^= said Ensign O'Neill. Since Casely was at Operations, K'ven decided that he would let him reply to O'Neill. "This is Ensign Casely currently on OPS and Security. We have been hit by the shockwave from the probe blast. Currently we have several minor services down. Shields are pretty low on the fore, but structural integrity is good. We could use some help with some of the circuits that are down. I've rerouted some of the auxiliary power to some of the more important areas, but it won't hold out forever and we're still getting damage reports. Overall, it could have been a lot worse. Check with us when you get back on board." responded Paul. =^=Alright, I'll be right over.=^= Miles replied. K'ven watched as Ensign Carter was trying to get control of the conn, but, was not having any luck as he turned toward Sash. "Sir, I don't have control over the helm. All CONN systems are malfunctioning.." "Ensign try rerouting the power to it or switch to backup systems. The captain has a lot to do as you see, we will work together to get it back up." K'ven walked over to him since the Captain really had a lot of things he was already doing. (Carter) After helping Carter get the helm restarted and he was able to get control over the ship, K'ven moved over to the FO chair to sit down and call the Boudicca. "Nimitz to Boudicca, your statis please." K'ven asked (any from Boudicca bridge) "We have a few injuries and some systems off line, but, we are getting them back as fast as we can." K'ven replied to them. (any from Boudicca bridge) "I understand that our engineers are arriving back to the Nimitz to help on our repairs. If you need any help, let us know. Nimitz out." K'ven cut the communications to step over to the Captain to inform him of what he found out. (reply from Sash, Casely, Boudicca, anyothers) (posted by Frank) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge- COUNS - Ensign John Harrison - 0551) While he waited for Lt. Dumas to respond, Harrison looked around for other casualties. The Captain had just called for a medical team but they wouldn't be here for a few more minutes. Minutes could be just as deadly as days. He saw K'Ven check Ensign Kateb. From here, Harrison surmised that she had fainted and lost consciousness. K'Ven was clearly busy, and the captain had now come to tend to Dumas, so he got up and ran over to her. He knelt beside her, wincing briefly as he knelt on his bruised knee. He felt her pulse just as K'ven had, to confirm that she was simply unconscious. He thought through everything he had learned, and began to put her in the Recovery Position. His father had been fascinated by twentieth-century medical proceedures, and had taught him in case he had none of the technological luxuries in an emergency situation. Harrison knew that his father had always predicted that he would become a doctor, but he was quite happy being a counsellor. Once he had put Kateb in the Recovery Position, he knew the next thing he should do is loosen any tight clothing. ~The starfleet uniform isn't too tight~ he thought, ~ and i don't want to be seen undressing an crewmate in a situation like this.~ He sat down nearby, glancing back over to Dumas, and waited for Kateb to regain consciousness. Once an unconscious person was in the recovery position it didn't take too long for them to reawaken. It should have been a simple task to get the systems back online… but nothing was happening. Jon was hoping that the gel packs and relays at his station hadn’t been fried in the shockwave. "Ensign try rerouting the power to it or switch to backup systems. The captain has a lot to do as you see, we will work together to get it back up." Jon noticed K'ven walking over to him. “Sir, I have already tried that.” Jon replied to the Klingon. "Ensign Carter, I'm giving you some of the reserve power. That should give you a boost to help things get back under control," Jon overheard Paul Casely say to him. “Thanks Paul.” Jon said. Jon tried to reestablish power back to the CONN controls. Still, the power kept fluctuating and the display on the consol flickered. Jon was become impatient. Jon noticed that Captain Sash was making his way over to him. The captain moved over to station and watched it for a couple of seconds. Then he reached around Jon and touched several of the keys, to reroute power. The captain then took a deep breath, and with a grunt much like a klingon would make, the captain slammed his fist against the helm. Immediately power was restored. ~Why didn’t I think of that?~ Jon asked himself. "You just got to show it who's boss," the captain said smiling down at Jon. Jon felt belittled. He knew that everyone was trying to help, but that was the fact, he felt helpless. He knew that he was still green, but he was supposed to be one of the best pilots to have graduated the academy. Jon took a deep breath, and resumed his duties of scanning the area. A few minutes passed when K’ven requested something of Jon. "Ensign Carter, keep our best shields facing the nebulas just in case Any attacks come from that direction." K'ven explained to him. “Aye, sir.” Jon looked at the shielding and saw that it had almost gone back to full strength. Jon decided to remodulate the harmonics just in case. Jon overheard Paul getting ready to leave to do some work for the captain. Sash looked at Jon who was pivoted around in his seat. "Mr. Carter, do you think you can Handle ops and the CONN?" “Yes, sir, I will program my console to monitor both stations.” Jon made the necessary adjustments to his console. Immediately, the display slit into CONN and OPS where the CONN systems would normaly be the only systems present. K'ven smiled a klingon smile at Jon. "I will strive to give as much assistance as is needed." Jon didn’t know much about the klingon, but he knew how they were. Jon didn’t think that K’ven should be placed in charge of the ship, however, he was the high ranking officer on the bridge. Jon decided that it would be best for him to resume his duties, and stop worrying about the klingon. (USS Nimitz - Bridge- CONN – Ensign Jon Carter - 0813) Paul Casely had contacted the bridge asking for some probes to be sent into the nebulas. Jon head the rough voice of K’ven behind him. "Mr. Carter can you get the probes Ensign Casley was talking about ready to be sent as soon as possible?" the klingon asked. “Yes sir, immediately.” Jon replied. Jon looked down at his console and began to program the probes to sweep the nebula. Jon decided that 6 probes would be necessary to do a full scan of both nebulas. Two would be sent to scan the parameters of each one, and one to be sent inside. Jon programmed the two sets of probes to triangulate any data the received to be relayed back to the ship for a most precise measurement. Jon finished programming the probes, and turned around in his chair to the klingon. “Commander K’ven, the probes are ready to be sent on your command.” Jon said looking the klingon in the eyes. K'ven informed him, "you are doing a good job Ensign." "Thank you Sir. I'm shutting down  the brig facility, except for life support for now and keeping the power in reserve, I think we may need it," said Paul quickly. ~No time for hesitation, no time for fear~ Paul thought, letting his training and personal judgement take over. "Ensign Carter, I'm giving you some of the reserve power. That should give you a boost to help things get back under control," said Paul. (Carter, K'ven, any others) Paul finally felt the pitch of the ship start to return to normal. Although most of the control systems weren't perfect, things seemed to be stable at least now. He now heard K'ven signalling the Boudicca.   (Reply K'ven, Carter, Sash, any others on bridge) (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge- StratOps - Sogh la' K'ven - 0559) K'ven had already contacted the bridge of the Boudicca and was discussing the damages the Nimitz had experienced. He had looked around at the captain to see that Sash seemed a bit irritated. K'ven had not meant it to seem that he thought Sash incapable of taking charge, just thought that he would help. He thought that being of the rank to take charge, it would be the right thing to do. There were a lot of things to do that would help the ship get back to running smothly and any help would have helped. On a Klingon ship, it was expected to jump in to ensure that the running of the ship was returned to normal as quickly as possible. K'ven decided that if Sash had a problem, he would talk to K'ven later to inform him of that. At that point Sash turned his attention to K'ven, "Well, it looks like the Boudicca came out of that fairly unscathed. I need to talk to Lt. Commander West when you're done there." "Aye sir" Was all that K'ven replied then returned his attention to who he was talking to. As he was ending the conversation he added. "Captain Sash wants to talk to Lt. Commander West." K'ven informed them and after several minutes he came online. (reply West, Sash, any) (posted by Frank) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge- StratOps - Sogh la' K'ven - 0600) K'ven watched as the med teams starting arriving to lend aid to the injured and remove the ones that needed more attending to sick bay. He watched as they took Lieutenant Dumas as she did not look at all well and had not regained consciousness. He needed everyone that could not perform their duty off the bridge and out of the way. He also saw that they were taking Onyx to sickbay as she also was still unconscious. Once things were secure and somewhat back to normal, he would go see if she was well. He also was in the mind that she might need someone to talk to about Edward. "Ensign Harrison, I require that you go to sick bay, when you can. I want you to attend to Onyx as I am sure that she will need it when she awakens." K'ven said in a moderate tone not indicative of Klingons. (Harrison) "K'ven to O'Neill, I require a time when the repairs will be accomplished and this ship is ready for battle." K'ven listened to O'Neill's reply (O'Neill, or Zzt) "Get everything accomplished as soon as you possibly can then, I will inform the Captain, bridge out." K'ven growled back at O'Neill as he turned to the captain to inform him of the estimates. "Ensign Casely, are sensors still online?" K'ven was hoping that they were, but, he did not hold any hopes that they were. (Casely) "Well, I want them online now. When you get them on, scan the area for any hostiles especially toward the nebulas." K'ven ordered (Casely) "Well I want you to also get with Doctor Gralen to see what can be done about his science station." K'ven ordered as he turned to Holis. (Casely) "Doctor Gralen, what did you ascertain of the nebula before the wave hit?" K 'ven was interested in if he was able to get any data. (Gralen) "Well Doctor I can see that your console is smoking. You and Casely get with it or get engineering to repair it we need more of your expertise in analyzing the nebulas." K'ven growled down at him trying to impress on the civilian officer the importance of the information. (Gralen, Casely) K'ven smiled showing his teeth then turned away from them to head to the Helm. He wanted the best shields facing the nebulas. "Ensign Carter, keep our best shields facing the nebulas just in case any attacks come from that direction." K'ven explained to him. K'ven really was trying to be nice to this starfleet crew but still get things accomplished. On a Klingon ship he would have just barked the orders around. Neither Kateb nor Dumas had regained consciousness. Understandably, the med teams tended to Dumas first, while Harrison stood watching, wondering if there was anything he could do to help. "Ensign Harrison," a voice barked. It was K'ven, sounding worrying calm for a Klingon. "I require that you go to sick bay, when you can," he said, "I want you to attend to Onyx as I am sure that she will need it when she awakens." "Yes, sir," Harrison replied, and beckoned over two medics. They brought over a stretcher and placed Onyx carefully on it. He followed them to the turbolift, always watching Onyx for signs of movement. (USS Nimitz - Sickbay - COUNS - Ensign John Harrison - 0606) The counsellor followed the two medics into Sickbay and stood by the biobed that they lay Kateb on. He sat by her for a while, waiting for her to gain consciousness. He waited for about ten minutes but she still made know signs of movement. He stood and approached the nurse. "Nurse," he said, "I realise you're busy, and I'd like to offer my help in anyway i can, but first I'd like to help Ensign Kateb. "Commander," Sash began, "I'm glad to see that the detonation of the probe hasn't caused you any serious problems. I was wondering how things were going over there." (reply West) "Well, I was thinking that we should probably have a joint show of cooperatin . I suggest that we have a joint staff meeting." (reply West) "I believe the Nimitz is probably better suited to accomdate everyone. I'll have my staff set up one of the cargo bays on deck 11. That should be able to accomodate everyone. Shall we say 0900 hours. That should give us time to get ourselves all to gether." (reply West) "Excellent," Sash said, trying to stiffle a yawn. "I will see you then. If you could bring my Security man back with you, I'd appreciate that. Thanks. Nimitz out." Sash sat back in his seat. he could feel his muscles begin to ache. What he really needed was a good work out to wake himself up and ease the tension. He turned to see who was still there. Casely was a man wearing a lot of hats right now, but he seemed to be the one to ask. "Mr. Casely," Sash said, "I need you to organize a party to get cargo bay 3 set up as a conference room that will accomodate our senior staff, as well as the Boudicca's." (reply Casely) "Thank you Ensign," Sash said. "When the arrangements have been made, please come and see me." Then he looked at young Carter. "Mr. Carter, do you think you can handle ops and the conn?" (reply Carter) "Great, Commander K'ven will be here if you need anything." Sash looked up to Lt Vern come of the turbo lift. The Andorian SO moved to the empty security station. "Lt Vern, good to see you. If you could watch tactical and security I'd appreciate that. Dr. Gralen is monitoring those neulae, so if yo notice anything, please coordinate with him. "Aye sir," the Andorian said. Even his antennae seemed to stand at attention. Zzt turned toward the Engineering station, just as K'Ven began howling loudly. Zzt stopped and looked back confused at the Klingon. Not knowing what else to do, Zzt joined the howl, adding his own beastly howl to that of the Klingon's. After a few seconds the Klingon stopped and looked at Zzt briefly before turning his attention to others. Zzt plopped down on the floor in front of the engineering console and his paws began to work the console effortlessly. He heard K'Ven calling O'Neil for a damage report. ~What, have I turned invisible?~ "EPS relays blown in fore section of saucer section," Zzt reported, "Zzt dispatching damage control teams." Zzt typed in a few more commands, fixing a minor power fluctuation in the warp drive inter-mix chamber. "Warp and impulse drives are on line. Long range sensors down till power relays be fixed. Zzt then rose to his full height and grabbed his massive tool-kit, that was still under the Engineering console, and moved over to the Science station and Ensign Casely and CSO Gralen. He had managed to keep both stations up and running and was still working on power management for the helm. His shift wasn't set to start for another 2 hours, but this was the way things were on a starship. Now with Ensign Kateb and Lieutenant Dumas out of the fray, he knew that there would be no rest. He readied himself for the next group of orders, K'Ven had seemed to take a commanding role... the captain was apparently engaged in mission briefings, or coordinating with the Boudicca or something... Paul couldn't help but wonder if the Captain wasn't testing them to see how well they could work as a crew without him. He had heard of captains doing things like that before. He hoped that they were working up to the Captain's expectations. Suddently, K'ven's voice broke through his thoughts. "Ensign Casely, are sensors still online?" K'ven was hoping that they were, but, he did not hold any hopes that they were. "We're at about 75% capacity on sensors right now sir. I'm working on trying to bring them up, we might need engineering to put a priority on that," said Paul tapping the console. "Well, I want them online now. When you get them on, scan the area for any hostiles especially toward the nebulas." K'ven ordered "Sir, I'll ask Engineering to get on that immediately. I'll start scanning with what I have left of the sensors and set the board to increase the scan as more of the sensor capacities come back on line. It shouldn't be long, sir," said Paul quickly. He was about to tap his comm badge when K'ven continued. "Well I want you to also get with Doctor Gralen to see what can be done about his science station." K'ven ordered as he turned to Holis. "Yes Sir, I'll take a look. I'm not sure what I can do. Power flow is pretty taxed right now. We might have to put Engineering on that station as a second priority," replied Paul. He finished and listed to K'ven ask the doctor about any information that he had before the wave hit, and the doctor's unfortunate reply. "Well Doctor I can see that your console is smoking. You and Casely get with it or get engineering to repair it we need more of your expertise in analyzing the nebulas." K'ven growled down at him trying to impress on the civilian officer the importance of the information. "Sir, we'll probably have to get engineering up here. However, a lot of our work can probably be done in the Stellar Cartography facilities on board. We'll make it work sir, come hell or high water," said Paul direcly. (Reply Gralen, K'ven)   At that point, Paul tapped his comm badge.   "Ensign O'Neill, this is Ensign Casely on OPS. We have some problems on the bridge. Life support is good and so is warp containment and structural integrity. Some people might have to go without their replicated coffee for an hour or so, but such is life. Let me know when you have the three systems I mentioned back up and operational so I can start restoring power to other parts of the ship," said Paul. He had shut off a good number of the replicators on the ship to keep helm and other crucial areas operational. He had the good sense, however, to keep the captain's readyroom and quarters replicators online, as well as lounge replicators and those in Ten-Forward. If someone wanted something they'd just have to travel a bit to get it. ~Hopefully the systems will be up within an hour.~thought Paul as he looked at the hodge podge of power flow on his ops board.   (Reply O'Neill)   "Doctor Gralen, might I suggest that we head to stellar cartography and try to get a few things cleared up as to where that probe came from? Hopefully some of your data will be retrieveable from that site," said Paul.   (Reply Gralen)   With that the pair entered into the holodeck and headed to Stellar Cartography. "Doctor Gralen, might I suggest that we head to stellar cartography and try to get a few things cleared up as to where that probe came from? Hopefully some of your data will be retrieveable from that site," He looked up to see Paul staring in dismay at the smoking mess. He was about to answer when he heard K'Ven call his name. "Doctor Gralen, what did you ascertain of the nebula before the wave hit?" Holis finished spraying the circuitry down and replied to K'ven first. "The data on the two nebulae was nearly complete just before the overload shorted out the circuitry. As soon as I get Science 1 repaired I will compile all the information; it shouldn't take long from that point."   "Well Doctor I can see that your console is smoking. You and Casely get with it or get engineering to repair it we need more of your expertise in analyzing the nebulas." K'ven growled. Holis looked up at him with his eyes widened slightly and his lips pursed and answered. "I will certainly do so." He saw K'ven smile then and turn away so he looked back at Paul. "Excellent idea about the Cartography lab Paul, as soon as things are wrapped up here we'll go there forthwith."   Holis was about to get back on the deck to fix the circuitry when he heard a snuffling coming at them from the direction of the engineering station, he turned his head to see Lt. Zzt bearing down on them.    "Move,"  Zzt said to them, "Zzt fix."  He pointed a claw at the console.    ~Well I'm certainly not one to argue with someone of his size, especially since he's an excellent engineer.~ Holis smiled back at Zzt and moved out of the way. "Certainly Lieutenant, thank you for your help."   (Reply: Zzt iyw)   " Since Lt. Zzt has Science 1 under control I'll finish up at Science 2 Paul. As soon as it's ready we can go on down." Holis felt a sharp pain tear through his left side as he turned to the right to make for the secondary science station.   (Reply: Paul Casely)   Before Holis could move though he saw the bridge doors open and Doctor Kirien enter with a medical team. ::Michaella I seem to have damaged my left side a bit, could you look at it for me?:: He sent.::   (Reply: Michaella Kirien)   (Reply: Zzt iyw, Paul Casely, Michaella Kirien)   (Posted by Charles)  Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge - ATAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 0611) Paul had just finished requesting engineering to begin general repairs on several stations and watched Zzt starting to work on the science station himself. He released a heavy sigh and started to watch some of the talks going on between Captain Sash and the FO of the Boudicca... whatever his name was... Suddenly, Paul's moment of peace was broken by the sound of the captain and he stifled another sigh.   "Mr. Casely," Sash said, "I need you to organize a party to get cargo bay 3 set up as a conference room that will accomodate our senior staff, as well as the Boudicca's." "Certainly Sir,"said Paul and started towards the turbolift tapping his comm badge on the way. ~If I rerouted for a few seconds on the way for a cup of coffee... well... what would it hurt?~ "I need a detail of security personnel to meet me at cargo bay 3 immediately. If you're on the same deck as cargo bay 3, you will report there," stated Paul into his comm badge. "Thank you Ensign," Sash said.  "When the arrangements have been made, please come and see me." "Of course sir," stated Paul as he exited the bridge. He knew he had to be relatively quick as there was still a good deal of work to be done.   (USS Nimitz - Cargo Bay 3- ATAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 0612) Paul walked into the cargo bay while taking a sip of coffee. He saw the 14 members of the security detail there.   "Alright everyone... we have to turn this cargo bay into a conference room. With the number of us, we should be able to get it done in a half hour. These areas are, afterall, convertable. GO," said Paul authoritatively and he started to work alongside the crewmen. ~Many hands make light work.~   The group quickly pulled a Starfleet blue carpet across the usually grey cargo bay floor. Soon a podium stood at one end of the room with the Starfleet emblem on it. Chairs and tables were arranged in a semi-circle facing in towards the podium. Each seat had paper, pen and a glass for water. Overall the area looked professional and people would never know they were dealing with a cargo bay. Paul looked at the work of his group with a certain amount of satisfaction.   "Nice work everyone. Take a few minutes for yourself, get a coffee or something. In ten minutes, you have to get back on the job and back into patrols. I need to return to the bridge," stated Paul as he turned back towards the turbolift and entered.   "Computer, Location of Captain Sash," stated Paul as the turbolift doors closed.   (USS Nimitz - Observation Lounge - ATAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 0634)   Paul gingerly entered the Observation Lounge to see the Captain staring out at the stars. He didn't really want to disturb Captain Sash... they had all be through a trying day. For a second, Paul was caught by the stars and their beauty. Mostly, he was probably tired... but in the end, he had a job to do, just like everyone else.   "Ahem, Captain Sash, Sir. The Conference Room is set up as requested and I am reporting in to you as ordered, sir," said Paul directly.   (Reply Sash)   (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Main Shuttlebay Deck 4 - AOPS - Ensign Dartena Bixx - 0627) Dartena swore to herself as she tried to test the shuttlebay containment field again. All the bouncing around had done something to it and power management wasn't going to be enough. She could handle the power management and the shuttlecraft flying, but engineering was where she drew the line. She knew she hadn't scored high enough to be a first string bridge officer and that was fine, flying shuttlecraft was good for her. She enjoyed it.She also enjoyed managing the equivalent of "ops" in the shuttlebay, but she hated trying to do her own repairs.   With sweat streaming down her blue skin she finally she tapped her comm badge, "Ensign Bixx to Engineering. Could someone come here and look at the Main Shuttlebay containment fields when you get a chance. I've tried everything and I just can't get it to work."   (Reply Zzt, any)   "Thank you Sir," said Dartena. She knew that this wouldn't be a high priority unless they planned on launching a shuttlecraft soon, but it was important to get on the work roster. Dartena then looked to the next item that had to be dealt with as shuttlebay personnel skittered all over the place. She was just getting ready to start the next task, a step by step check of each shuttlecraft, when she heard her comm badge go off.   =^=Ensign Bixx, you are to report to OPs on the bridge immediately for duty.=^=   Dartena couldn't believe her ears. The Bolian fought to suppress a look of glee on her face before responding, "Yes Sir, I'll be there directly." She tugged on her uniform and started towards a turbolift.   (USS Nimitz - Bridge - AOPS - Ensign Dartena Bixx - 0652) Dartena walked onto the Bridge of the USS Nimitz. She had rarely even seen the area. She looked for her superior officer and noticed a Klingon busily directing people and barking orders. ~This seems like someone in charge.~ Dartena walked over to the Klingon and looked up at him.   "Ensign Dartena Bixx reporting for OPs duty, Sir," she said.   (Reply K'ven)   "Yes Sir, " said Dartena and moved towards the OPS station where an ensign seemed to be fiddling with the controls.   "Excuse me, but I've been assigned this station," said Dartena looking at the Ensign wearing the gold colours of either Engineering or Security.   "No problem! Its all yours. I just restored the power levels that I'd changed when we first hit by the blast. Enjoy!" said Paul smiling.   "Oh... sorry, I guess that seemed a bit abrupt," said Dartena grinning at the Ensign's eagerness to give up his post, "I'm Dartena Bixx."   "Nice to meet you Dartena," said Paul, "I'm Paul Casely and I'm horribly busy. Hopefully we can talk sometime."   Before Dartena could reply Paul was halfway across the bridge, walking to the Tactical console.   Dartena squinted for a second and shrugged her shoulders, then she contemplated the OPS panel. ~Hmmm... someone has reconfigured this.~ she thought and started to shift the controls back around to where they ought to be. She made sure the power levels on the ship were at acceptable limits and continued to fiddle with levels while the ship was being repaired.   (Reply any)   (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Observation Lounge - SC/TAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 0637)   "Ahem, Captain Sash, Sir. The Conference Room is set up as requested and I am reporting in to you as ordered, sir," said Paul directly.   Sash gave Casely a weak smile.  "Good man.Things are happening pretty quickly around here.  How are you holding up?" "Well Sir, I'm a bit tired, but that's to be expected, I'm sure we all are. Hopefully some of the auxiliary officers will arrive on the bridge soon, then I can make sure Tactical is fully functional and hopefully get to stellar cartography to do some work with Doctor Gralen," stated Paul. Sash nodded, "Well, I must say that I'm very impressed by your performance, even if it did get off to a rocky start." "Thank you Sir. I believe its been a rather rough day for everyone," said Paul. "I'd like to offer you a proposition," Sash said, sitting down in a comfortable chair and motioning to the chair beside him.  "I would like you to consider taking the position of Tactical and Security Chief.  With Lt. commander Gideon..."  Sash had trouble saying it.  it was still so recent. "With Lt. Commander Gideon gone, it has left a hole in my command structure. What do you think?" Paul sat down with Captain Sash and considered for a moment. When he had come aboard the Nimitz he'd felt so... young. Now, even after a month it seemed like things were weighing pretty heavily overall. He also felt slightly guilty, even though Lt. Commander Gideon had put him into danger, he had been... a friend. Paul's brow knitted as he showed the inner conflict within him. ~Someone has to do it, and Lt. Commander Gideon is gone.~   "I believe, Sir, that Lt. Commander Gideon would be happy for me to take this position," started Paul, "I also believe that I owe it to you for the trust that you've shown me, and I feel that I could do the job properly and its where I belong.  I would be happy to be your new Tactical and Security Chief, Sir."   (Reply Sash) (posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge - ATAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 0647)   Paul watched as the last of the engineering team started to pack up and leave from the OPS station and move on to Science. It had been a rather crazy 'shift'. The sensors were now fully operational and Paul started to increase power to ancillary systems.   "Captain Sash, Lieutenant Commander K'ven, sensors are now operating at 100%. I'm starting to restore power to other areas of the ship," said Paul. This had been quite a morning. "Science is almost ready, as soon as its operational we should be able to complete the work on the Nebulae sir.   (Reply Sash, K'ven)   "Sir, I'm fairly certain we should be able to plot a course to find suitable areas that Sevant could be held from Stellar Cartography, as well as check out those nebulae," stated Paul.   With that Paul surveyed the bridge. It was looking better, but would be at least another hour or so until it was fully operational again. What was more striking was who was missing, Kateb, Dumas both injured... Kateb more by the sudden shock of losing her husband. Paul hoped that she would be okay. Despite being technically her assistant he hadn't had much of a chance to work with her. The largest absence that hung on the bridge was the lost of Gideon. He had been a powerful presence on the Nimitz and it still hadn't completely sunk in that the Lieutenant Commander was gone. For some of the crew, this would definitely would be something they'd need extra help for. ~No time to grieve right now. Too much work to do,~ thought the Ensign before starting to check other areas on the ship. ~At this rate, we should be ready to go within an hour or so. I wonder how the Boudicca fared. I can't believe they could have avoided the entire shockwave, the probe was headed right for them. Geez, I could really use a cup of coffee~ thought Paul as the realisation struck him that he'd only had a few hours slee and his shift wasn't really supposed to start for over an hour. He looked around contemplating going to get coffee... then shrugged his shoulders and double checked powerflow rates and made sure that the fore shield was coming fully online.   (Reply any)   (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge - ATAC - Ensign Paul Casely - 707)   Paul breathed a sigh of relief as he walked over to the main tactical station. ~Thank goodness that Bolian Ensign relieved me and allowed me to get back to what I was doing.~ He unlocked the station and set the configuration to his default.   Paul began running a diagnostic figuring that it hadn't been done since Onyx had 'taken ill'. Paul began checking systems and areas on the tactical computer when suddenly there was a chiming sound. Paul looked down... ~Aw heck, targetting computers are only nominal, they'll have to be reset.~ This was a minor setback, but one that had to be addressed immediately.   "Lt. Commander K'ven, the targetting computers were knocked out of wack a bit. I need to recalibrate them. Any problem with me going through the procedure now?" asked Paul knowing that the Klingon would want the ship battle ready and at optimal efficiency.   (reply K'ven)   "Thank you Sir. I'll radio to the Boudicca to let them know what's going on so they don't think we're making a hostile action, not that they would ever jump the gun and fire on us for no reason," said Paul winking.   (reply K'ven)   Paul nodded and iniated ship to ship transmissions.   "Boudicca, this is Ensign Casely on the USS Nimitz. I have to recalibrate our targetting computers. Just warning you so you don't mistake it as a hostile act," stated Paul.   (Reply someone on the Boudicca bridge)   "Thank you Boudicca, Casely out," said Paul. He began to scan the expanse and found a small asteroid floating far away from both the Boudicca and the Nimitz... in fact he made sure he would be firing in the opposite direction of the Boudicca. Paul spent some time allowing the computer to target the floating rock and did some slight adjustments on it, when he felt it was ready Paul fired a phaser burst... and it soared straight past the asteroid.   ~AARRGH!~ thought Paul as he started recalibrating the computer system. A few minutes later he was ready to try again and watched as the rock split into a million pieces.   "Lt. Commander K'ven, the targetting computers are not recalibrated. We are ready for battle, Sir," stated Paul confidently.   (Reply K'ven)   (Posted by Jeff Bergeron) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Deck 11, Stellar Cartography lab- ATAC Paul Casely and CSO Gralen - 0810) Holis stepped into the Cartography lab and walked directly toward the bank of computers along the far wall of the room. The lab itself was a fairly large chamber comprised mostly of workstations and was some 10 meters square, in the centrer of it was a pad raised several inches above the deck, The pad was circular and some 15 feet in diameter; being deactivated it was dark for the moment. He stepped casually over it along the way and upon reaching the station he was making for sat down and tapped in several commands then watched the readout. A line of coordinates scrolled across the screen, one after another for several minutes before reaching its end, satisfied the scientist stroked several more keys before turning to Paul. "Fortunately all the data on interstellar bodies along with coordinates, vectors and sensor readings are routed directly to this lab via the master console on the bridge so all the information was saved here and in just a moment should be completed. Paul looked around the room and then at Doctor Holis, "I've already inputted my data into the ship's computer. It should be pretty easy to access it from here." As if on cue the lights in the lab went dark an instant later as the pad lit up, from that pad to a similar one on the ceiling it looked as though a hunk of space had been sliced out and placed in suspended animation within a cylinder,. Bright yellow suns, red and white dwarf stars, the throes of death for a star as it exploded, the tails of several comets, dust clouds and the nebulae all appeared in miniature. Holis walked up to it and circled till he was close to the nebulae and reaching out touched the nearest one with his right forefinger. It was disc shaped with a great ball at its heart, the edges had a pinwheel appearance because of the filaments of incandescent gas streaming from the edges. As his finger touched it the nebula expended and was overlaid by a breakdown of its component parts. Paul looked at the impressive light display. It seemed that Doctor Gralen had a flair for the dramatic. Usually he would be greatly appreciative, but at the moment a man's life was at stake. "That's quite a light show but we really have to find Captain Sevant. I'm thinking that by tracking the probe's vector and the firing pattern of the ship that hit Sevant's craft we should be able to get a pretty good idea of where the ship came from. We should also be able to figure out what planets, moons or asteroids in that field could be M Level," said Paul. "Captain Sash wants the two nebulae checked to see if an enemy ship is hiding within one of them, that's why we are here. But I can display those vectors as well." Holis walked back over to the station and called up the vectors he had been studying earlier on the bridge, after a moment of entering commands the vectors of the probe and enemy ship came upon the display, intersecting one another and the true course from that point, if indeed the enemy ship had taken a straight line from the point of firing led toward the two nebulae. "Yes, I know he wants the Nebula examined, but he also wants to try and find a location so we can set up a search pattern, the two jobs kind of intersect," said Paul with a grin, "You know what its like, you show you can get things done and they want you to do everything. Holis nodded and walked over to study the first nebula the had called up and looked at the tells. Diameter: 13 1/2 light years, Width: 1 1/2 light years, Nucleus: Neutronium and deuterium, Composition: Dust, ionized hydrogen gas, energetic electrons and anti-protons, Radiation: Gamma 432 rads/sec, x-rays 311 rads/sec, sechrotron radiation 867 rads/sec within the corona, Radio frequency: 34khz to 4.86 ghz, Particle charge: magnetic fields 3300 Kindrel standard within the corona., Expansion rate: 32,000 kps "How are you doing over there Holis? Anything you need?" asked Paul, starting to view data on the planets and planetoids that appeared in the scan. "I can tell you this nebula is not one we would have to worry about." Holis said. "This class 7 nebula is the remnant of a supernova, the nucleus is now composed of the core of the dead star which has become a Pulsar. It is emitting intense bursts of radio waves as well as gamma and x-ray radiation at regular intervals. The corona and nimbus are the ionized hydrogen gas and blown from it during its explosive death. "These filaments." he pointed at the streamers of gas . "Are comprised of energetic electrons and anti protons and the ionized hydrogen gas which is emitting sechrotron radiation as it is being funneled through intense electromagnetic fields. "It is certainly difficult to conceive of a starship hiding within this one, the electromagnetic fields which surround it would be a great deterrent, any ships attempting to penetrate it would be heavily buffeted and quite possible destroyed, even if it was successfully breached the radiation within it would eventually overwhelm the ships defenses forcing them to withdraw back through the electromagnetic fields once again. Far too risky to chance. How about you Paul, how are you doing?" Paul nodded and viewed the information again. "Computer, eliminate any planets or planetoids with intelligent life at the prewarp stage. Also eliminate any planetoids or planets containing life forms that are unfriendly to the Federation." With that four of the six asteroligical bodies dimmed. Paul transferred the coordinates for both items to the helm on the bridge. One was a full planet, unlikely at best but who knows, the other was a mineral rich moon. Paul tapped his comm badge, "Bridge, I have coordinates for two astrological bodies that are likely sources for the ship that attacked Captain Sevant's runaboat. I'm transferring the coordinates to the helm." (Reply any on Bridge) "So far I think I have a few good ideas of where they could have come from," said Paul, "The scientific data and tracers from radiation that you picked up are extremely helpful." "Could the Federation have developed something that could allow a ship to hide in that nebula?" asked Paul. "Not likely." Said Holis. "I would say that kind of technology is decades away." "Maybe they skirted around it... using the one side for cover from us..." said Paul. "That is certainly possible." Said Holis and touched the nebula again. It resumed its former size as the tells were hidden. The current course of the Nimitz was also shown as a series of yellow dashes making a circuit around the two nebula. The other nebula had a strange shape and appeared to be comprised mostly of dust. He touched it and the tells came up. The larger view showed a myriad of young suns within it. "However, if nothing can be hiding in it, we might be best off to send out a few probes of our own to the other side of that thing. Then we can be sure nothing is waiting around the back side of it and start proceeding our search for Captain Sevant," stated Paul, "I think that the Boudicca has been too long without her Captain and is sorely missing him." "Mmmm Hmmm. You are right of course: Said Holis who was absorbed in looking at the information on the second nebula. Length: 89.3 light years, Width: 64.8 Light years, Depth: 18.8 light years, Composition: Dust, hydrogen, helium., Radiation: Gamma 140 rads/sec, Beta 210 rads/sec., Particle charge: Electromagnetic fields 1320 Kindrel Standard., Particles: Electrons, protons, quarks and tachyons, Expansion rate 2218 kps. Paul watched the engrossed man. ~Scientists... the universe could be imploding and they'd pause for the light show.~ "Now this nebula is quite different of course, it is mostly dust and molecular gases. The density is such that it is birthing suns, always an awesome sight. The radiation is much lower though it has similar streamers of gas. The electromagnetic fields are far less powerful than the first. It is also very expensive and could swallow up a ship but the subatomic particle bombardment from the nebula would play havoc with a cloak. You had better report this as a possible hiding place." Paul tapped his comm badge again, "Bridge, we're advising that you send a couple of Type III Multispacial Probes around to the backside of the nebula. You'll have to send them around the perimeter and not through the nebula. That way we can see if there are any ships hiding back there. I would also suggest that you send a probe into the second nebula. It is conceiveable that a ship could hide within that one, although there would be difficulty with any cloaking devices. Once those two things are cleared, with the coordinates we have I think we could safely begin searching for Captain Sevant." (Reply Bridge) "OK Holis, I think we're probably in good shape here. If we flew through the second nebula would it interfere with shields at all?" asked Paul. "No not the shields certainly, the ship will hold up very well I should think." Holis mused then touched the nebula and watched it shrink. "Very good. I think we're probably done here. I should probably go and see how we're doing on the bridge. Hopefully they have an OPS officer in position. If Ensign Kateb is still not well I'll have to man security and her station until things normalize," stated Paul. "It looks like a wrap then" Holis said and walked back over to the terminal, a few keystrokes and the display disapperaed as the lights came back on. "I'll see you on the bridge momentarily." "Excellent. Thanks Holis... I think we got a lot accomplished," said Paul. "You're most welcome Paul, feel free to come down to the lab anytime." Holis said and smiled. Paul grinned and nodded. He turned and exited the room and headed for a turbolift. ~Too much to do, too little time.~ (Reply: Bridge, any) (Posted by Jeff and Charles) Stardate:2406.11.25 (USS Nimitz - Bridge- StratOps - Sogh la' K'ven - 0812) =/\=Bridge, I have coordinates for two astrological bodies that are likely sources for the ship that attacked Captain Sevant's runaboat.
